Occupational Therapist I (OTR) -- Alpena, MI, US Job Type: Full-Time, On-SiteShifts Available: DaysPosition Overview : We're seeking an Occupational Therapist I to deliver patient-centered care through assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. This role includes collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supervision of OTAs/students, and patient & family education.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized plans of careProvide skilled OT interventions and document progressEducate patients and caregivers on treatment and home programsSupervise OTAs, aides, and students as neededParticipate in interdisciplinary care coordinationRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Occupational TherapyNBCOT certification & active OTR licenseBLS within 1 month of hire1+ year experience preferred (new grads welcome)Strong communication and clinical skills
