Lumberyard Inside Sales Associate

Spaeth Lumber – Lebanon, OR Full-time Spaeth Lumber in Lebanon is looking for a full-time Inside Associate to join our team. This position supports both retail customers and contractor sales in a fast-paced lumberyard environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking while assisting customers and supporting the sales team. Experience in construction, building materials, plumbing, electrical, or other trades is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a good work ethic. Job Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers and operate the cashier register Answer incoming phone calls and take customer contact information and product requests for the sales team Help customers locate products and materials in the store Stock shelves and maintain an organized sales floor Assist with cleaning and general store upkeep Support a fast-moving and flexible retail environment Qualifications Strong multitasking and organization skills Ability to learn and memorize product codes and SKUs Comfortable interacting with customers and contractors Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Building materials or trade knowledge preferred but not required Work Environment Spaeth Lumber is a locally owned lumberyard serving homeowners and contractors throughout the region. The work environment is active and team-oriented, with a variety of tasks throughout the day.
