The ideal candidate will have B2B selling experience and be well informed about our business. This role requires engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers- confidence and self-assuredness is a requirement for success.
Our top sales managers are earning more than $100,000/year comprising of base salary + commission + annual bonus.
Exceptional sales reps can earn more than $200,000/year. New College Grads are welcome to apply!
We will train you for success. Graduates of our 90-day training program will be in charge of their own book of business and assigned a region to manage.
This role requires on site attendance in our Anaheim office Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Your Duties:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for packaging products
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Attend and represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms, close sales contracts, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Travel within the region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and build relationships across industries
Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in any field of study or 2 years of relevant experience
1-5 years experience in sales within the packaging industry preferred.
Sales experience in Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Pet, Tobacco, Medicine/Pharmaceuticals, Cannabis, and Hemp industries preferred.
Ability to travel by air unrestricted
Mac OS proficiency required
