Property Maintenance Assistant

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and communal areas along with assisting other staff in meeting the needs of our property and organization.Responsibilities* Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.* Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.* Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe, and presentable. This includes lawn maintenance. * Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.* Be the onsite point of contact for subcontractors. * Maintenance related administrative duties such as receiving third party repair invoices, email correspondence, and purchasing documentation.* Other duties as assignedQualifications* Prior maintenance experience in property management or related field* Ability to be available "on call" as needed for occasional urgent repair or maintenance * High school diploma or equivalent, preferred* Valid Driver's LicenseRequired Screening• Criminal Background Check (background will NOT automatically disqualify and will be considered on a case by case basis)Additional Information:* Starting at $18 per hour* Monthly auto stipend * Part time/ average of 3-4 days per week for a total of 20 hours per week* Paid holidays* Start date: approximately June 1, 2026
