You will take ownership of your contributions, collaborate with a team that gets stuff done, and be empowered to innovate and pursue bold initiatives that drive our business forward.Are You Our Next ACE?Ensure orders are properly shipped using FedEx, DHL, and UPS softwarePackage and label orders accurately for shipmentReceive and process all orders in the Visual ERP systemReceive incoming items by accepting deliveries, unpacking shipments, recording identifying information, and entering transactions into the ERP systemPrepare shipments by assembling, packing, protecting, and labeling containersDocument shipped items by recording identifying and transportation informationMaintain inventory levels by assisting with weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory Utilize core competencies to achieve departmental goals and objectivesCollaborate with planning and assembly teams to support on-time delivery (OTD) goalsSupport picking and packing of materialsPartner with the purchasing team to ensure timely processing of receipts and provide cross-functional support within the materials department as neededDetermine appropriate shipping methods by reviewing outgoing shipments and ensuring they meet customer specificationsMaintain material quality and control by storing parts in appropriate locations and containersSupport cost reduction and productivity improvement by accurately tracking job time through labor scanningSystems You’ll UseGoogle Enterprise ERP (Visual)ADPPay TransparencyWinchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $18 - $19 per hour, plus incentive compensation.
