Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable a Sales Team tasked with retaining and growing revenue across all Ford Office Technologies products and services.Lead, Manage, and Accountability - LMAAlong with managing people this role will also manage some of your own accounts. Net New Major Account GenerationCurrent Client Retention and ExpansionTeam Forecasting AccuracyAchieving Team Revenue TargetLead Sales Team – Provide guidance and experience on obtaining new leads, generating client meetings, and presenting and closing sales proposals. Manage to Key Performance Indicators – Manage to daily, monthly and annual Key Performance IndicatorsHold Team Accountable to KPIConsulting & Collaboration: Acting as a consultant to client to educate, address pain points, and deliver solutions, using FOT prescribed products and services. Coordinate internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to deliver solutions.Sales Cycle Leadership (Lead to Order): Handling quotes, proposals, walk-throughs, order presentation, and deliveryCustomer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining client communications, pipeline, and forecast using the CRM tool.Performance Evaluation - Conduct performance assessments for sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.Compliance - Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Interviewing / Hiring – With our continued growth you will be responsible for interviewing and hiring decisions.
