Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive gynecological and women s health services.Conduct patient evaluations including medical history, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.Perform both OB services at the hospital and GYN for surgery and officePerform routine gynecologic procedures and screenings including:Pap smearsIUD insertions/removalsNexplanon proceduresCervical examsPreventive screeningsDiagnose and manage gynecologic conditions and disorders.Order, interpret, and explain laboratory and diagnostic tests.Prescribe medications and treatment plans as appropriate.Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care.Provide patient counseling on preventive health, reproductive health, and wellness.Maintain accurate documentation using the electronic health record (EHR) system.Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.Serve in rotational on-call coverage as required.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support patient outcomes.QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.Active California medical license (or ability to obtain).Current BLS certification required.Strong clinical and communication skills.Experience working in community health or underserved populations preferred.Bilingual skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of culturally sensitive patient care.Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.Experience with outpatient women s health services.Familiarity with FQHC/community health settings.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) contribution.Malpractice coverage.CME allowance.Sign-on bonus/forgivable loan program (where applicable).Paid time off and holidays.
