What We Offer: ● Competitive wages ● Comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental ● A collaborative and inspiring work environment ● Opportunities for professional development and creative expression Role Overview: As a Landscape Designer, you will: ● Collaborate with our design team on public, commercial, and private projects ● Be involved in all stages of design, from meeting with clients to providing design deliverables ● Assist in developing conceptual, schematic, and construction documents ● Work closely with contractors and customers ● May be bidding your projects at times depending on estimators current workflow Education & Experience: ● Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture preferred ● 2 to 4 years of experience in landscape design, particularly high-end residential properties preferred ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, MS Word, and Outlook ● Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is preferred ● Excellent communication skills (especially with clients) and team collaboration abilities Location Requirements: ● Candidates must live within driving distance of our office in Central Oregon or be willing to relocate Join Our Creative Team!
