At Paradigm, your ideas are heard, your growth is prioritized, your contributions make a difference.Summary:Seeking a highly experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Transformation Leader with a strong background in large, complex enterprises, such as petrochemicals, aerospace & defense, aviation, or industrial manufacturingThis individual will bring hands-on SAP ERP experience (including SAP MDG) and deep expertise in Informatica MDM, having successfully transitioned or modernized an organization’s MDM platform from SAP to InformaticaThis role partners closely with business, IT, data governance, and architecture teams to design, execute, and optimize enterprise-wide master data strategies that support digital transformation, operational excellence, and regulatory complianceThis position is Remote, with occasional travel to Houston, TX Responsibilities:SAP & Enterprise Data Experience:Served as a senior SAP practitioner within a large-scale ERP environment (ECC and/or S/4HANA) in industries such as petrochemicals, aviation, aerospace & defense, energy, or industrial manufacturingLed or supported SAP MDG implementations, governing key domains, such as: Material / Product MasterVendor / SupplierCustomer / Business PartnerWorked closely with functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement) to align master data models with business processesInformatica MDM Leadership:Acted as a lead architect or subject‑matter expert for Informatica MDM / IDMC, including: Data domains, hierarchies, and golden record designMatch & merge strategiesSurvivorship rulesWorkflow and stewardship configurationDesigned and implemented enterprise master data governance frameworks outside of SAP using Informatica capabilitiesSAP-to-Informatica Transformation:Led or played a critical role in transitioning master data management from SAP MDG to Informatica, including: Data model mapping between SAP and InformaticaMigration strategy and executionCoexistence and decoupling strategiesDecommissioning or downscaling SAP MDG where applicableDefined integration patterns between Informatica and SAP (IDoc, APIs, ETL, real-time services)Data Governance & Strategy:Established or enhanced enterprise data governance operating models, including: Data ownership, stewardship, and approval workflowsData quality metrics, KPIs, and remediation processesMetadata management and lineagePartnered with executive stakeholders to align MDM strategy with business transformation initiatives, M&A activity, and regulatory requirementsLeadership & Stakeholder Engagement:Acted as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT, business, compliance, and architectureLed cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, governance leads, and system integratorsMentored junior MDM practitioners and helped establish best practices and standardsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of enterprise data experience, including significant work in SAP ERP environmentsHands-on SAP MDG experience (implementation, support, or governance leadership)Deep expertise in Informatica MDM / IDMC, including architecture and delivery leadershipDemonstrated success transitioning master data ownership from SAP to InformaticaExperience working in highly regulated, asset heavy, or safety critical industries (petrochemical, aviation, aerospace, energy, industrial manufacturing)Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data modeling, and data quality managementPreferred Qualifications:Experience with S/4HANA transformation programsExposure to cloud-based data platforms and analytics ecosystemsBackground in M&A data integration and master data harmonizationFamiliarity with Informatica Cloud, Axon, EDC, or Data Quality toolsKey Competencies:Enterprise data architectureSAP & non-SAP coexistence strategiesMaster data governanceChange management & stakeholder alignmentLarge-scale data transformation leadershipWhy Join ParadigmAt Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
