Construction Coordinator
Overview
In this role, you will monitor and steer the execution of capital projects within the Assets & Engineering department at Pinto Valley. You will help define scopes, schedules and ensure work aligns with specifications, safety, and company policies. You’ll audit performance of internal teams and contractors, coordinate with multiple departments, and support vendor selection to meet project timelines. The position blends field and office work in a dynamic mining environment with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and compliance.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control project execution to meet defined objectivesAssist in developing work scopes and schedules; verify quotations align with expectationsAudit and evaluate contractor and internal work; ensure quality and complianceAssist in selecting new vendors; collaborate with departments to meet requirementsCoordinate communications among Project Teams, HSEC, Contractors and vendorsPromote culture of continuous improvement; manage timelines for project readiness and completionEnsure safe and efficient execution of projectsMaintain communications with customers on progress and issue resolution
