Geriatrician Opportunity--Provide comprehensive clinical care to elderly patients with diseases or injuries of the human internal organ system--Treat medical problems and chronic illnesses to improve patients? functioning and quality of life--Order diagnostic tests, interpret the results, and prescribe appropriate interventions, therapies, medications, and other treatment modalities--Collect, record, and maintain details of the patients? histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, assessments, management plans, and treatment outcomes--Establish treatment and preventative health plans for elderly patients and refer patients to specialty physicians, as appropriate--Provide Geriatric Medicine consults on the Inpatient Trauma serviceRequired: Must have completed an Internal Medicine Residency and a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine; must be BC/BE in Geriatric Medicine and have a valid PA license and DEA
