Geriatrician Opportunity --Provide comprehensive clinical care to elderly patients with diseases or injuries of the human internal organ system --Treat medical problems and chronic illnesses to improve patients? functioning and quality of life --Order diagnostic tests, interpret the results, and prescribe appropriate interventions, therapies, medications, and other treatment modalities --Collect, record, and maintain details of the patients? histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, assessments, management plans, and treatment outcomes --Establish treatment and preventative health plans for elderly patients and refer patients to specialty physicians, as appropriate --Provide Geriatric Medicine consults on the Inpatient Trauma service Required: Must have completed an Internal Medicine Residency and a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine; must be BC/BE in Geriatric Medicine and have a valid PA license and DEA
