SAP PP/QMLocation : Houston, TXPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP PP / Manufacturing Consultant with deep expertise in production planning processes and strong integration knowledge across SAP modules. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end manufacturing solutions, from requirements gathering through deployment and support, ensuring seamless integration with logistics, finance, and supply chain functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Production Planning (PP) solutionsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specificationsConfigure and support:Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Bills of Materials (BOM)Work Centers & RoutingsProduction Orders / Process OrdersDemand Management & Capacity PlanningIntegrate SAP PP with other modules including:MM (Materials Management) – procurement, inventory, goods movementsSD (Sales & Distribution) – demand, order fulfillmentQM (Quality Management) – inspection and quality processesPM (Plant Maintenance) – maintenance planning tied to productionFI/CO (Finance & Controlling) – product costing, variance analysisPS (Project System) – overall project structure, cost planning, & schedulingWM/EWM (Warehouse Management) – staging and goods movementSupport manufacturing execution processes and shop floor integrationWork with technical teams on RICEFWs such as enhancements, reports, forms, workflows and interfaces (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs)Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activitiesProvide post-go-live support/hyper care and continuous improvement recommendationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field8–10+ years of SAP PP / Manufacturing experienceMinimum of 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementationsStrong knowledge of:Discrete and/or process manufacturingMRP strategies and planning scenariosProduction execution and confirmation processesProven experience integrating PP with MM, SD, FI/CO, PS and QMExperience with S/4HANA Manufacturing preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdditional QualificationsExperience with:Advanced Planning (PP/DS or APO)MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integrationBatch management and serializationKnowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.SAP certification in PP or S/4HANA ManufacturingKey SkillsSAP PP ConfigurationCross-functional integrationBusiness process mappingMRP & demand planningProduction executionStakeholder communication
