About the Role Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Chicago, 60606(Remote with Occasional Travel) Core Responsibilities Strategic Discovery: Lead workshops to define high-level objectives, operational models, and success criteria for the Cargo Dispute function. Capability Mapping: Translate complex business requirements into a structured Solution Design Documentation including capabilities and process flows. Roadmap & Phasing: Define the implementation roadmap, balancing the "shift-and-lift" requirements with strategic process improvements. Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate "Final Playback" sessions to ensure executive alignment and secure "Go/No-Go" decisions for implementation. Risk & Governance: Identify layered technical debts and suggest remediations to ensure long-term org health. COE Advisory: Provide recommendations for a Centre of Excellence (COE) to manage ongoing oversight and future optimisations. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Desired Qualifications Salesforce certification(s) is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of COE best practices.
