Field Service Technician – Fluid-Handling Equipment – Fox Valley, WI Area – Up to $50/hr.Our client is an innovative, steadily expanding organization. Partnering with leading fluid technology equipment manufacturers, they bring their customers groundbreaking ideas that make a real difference in performance and help reduce total cost of ownership.They maintain a strong, team-oriented culture with multiple locations across the Midwest and Eastern U.S. As a result of their tremendous growth, they have a need for a Field Service TechnicianSuccessful candidates will have proven experience in field service with fluid process equipment or mechanical contracting. They are looking for a technician with the drive to learn and become a successful member of their Service Team!You will...Perform precision overhauls of pumps, valves, agitators, and other rotating equipment at company shop locations and customer sites.Install fluid process equipment at industrial and municipal customer sites.Install and perform service on wastewater equipment at customer sites.Install mechanical seals, couplings, V-belts, bearing seals, relief valves and other accessories both in-house and at customer site.Troubleshoot fluid process equipment problems and prepare recommendations for repair or replacement.Respond to customer inquiries regarding service work, repair parts and pump operation.Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on service equipment and tools.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent required.Experience with maintenance and service of fluid process systems (pumps and valves) or Mechanical Contracting experience.Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin and neighboring states, with occasional overnight or multi-night stays.Positive, forward-thinking with high ethical standards.Ability to handle a varied and fast-paced workload to meet customer needs.Well-organized and self-directed team player.Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 60 pounds.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Benefits and Team Member Perks:This is a remote position, servicing Wisconsin and neighboring statesFull-time; day shift – Monday through Friday with opportunity for overtimeCompany provided Service Vehicle, tools, and uniformsPositivity, cohesiveness and celebrating a job well done!Competitive compensation and benefits structure within a values-driven cultureComprehensive health insurance coverage401(k) with generous company matchSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob function / IndustriesMachinery Manufacturing and Industrial Machinery ManufacturingJ-18808-Ljbffr
