Waiter/Server

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding service, ensuring that every customer enjoys their meal. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective time management. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally. Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable or similar systems. Provide detailed menu knowledge, including specials and recommendations, to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages while following food safety and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to maximize sales and elevate the dining experience. Ensure tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset for the next guests. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Address guest questions or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred. Strong customer service and guest relations skills. Understanding of food preparation and safe handling practices. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food or drinks.
