Corporate Travel Agent - Bilingual Korean
You are a Hospitality or Customer Service professional bilingual in Korean and English.This position pays: $20 to $22 per hourLocation: Carmel IN OnsiteWhat you will be doing:Make reservations/modify/cancel (hotel, car, shuttle)Meet and greet travelers to distribute hotels keys, rental car keys and check head countNegotiate with vendorsIntake of VOC, requests, comments and reflect them to improve serviceProvide general customer serviceDrive to Kokomo office to report status, intake and resolve VOCs and visit vendorsCollection and maintain documents and assist in month end closingPerforms other related duties as assignedWhat you bring:English and Korea bilingual strongly preferred (all of clients are Korean speaking)Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as required for optimum customer satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and other team members. Ability to make decisions based on information available. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions within specified time frames. Possession of intermediate to advanced MS Office and general computer skills.
