The Supply Chain Specialist will manage supply chain operations by monitoring inventory levels, coordinating procurement and logistics, and ensuring efficient flow of goods. The role involves analyzing supply chain performance, improving operational processes, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and internal teams to meet organizational goals.QualificationsStrong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams effectivelyProficient in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management principlesExcellent analytical skills to assess data, forecast demand, and resolve inefficienciesExperience in Operations Management to optimize processes and ensure seamless logistical workflowsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software is advantageousPrior experience in the food packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
