This position involves mobile repair and maintenance of agricultural and construction equipment, with a focus on quality diagnostics, efficiency, and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Perform mobile repair and general maintenance on agricultural and construction equipment.Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently using proper troubleshooting methods.Utilize electronic service tools and manufacturer resources.Complete and submit accurate work orders in a timely manner.Maintain a clean, organized service truck and assist in shop cleanliness.Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.Respond promptly to customer needs and handle service concerns professionally.Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in a like trade.Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.Good eyesight (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing for diagnostics.Must pass pre-employment drug screening.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with agricultural or construction equipment.Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools and systems.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.Work Expectations:Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.Participate in weekly reviews of service trends, comebacks, and updates.Continue developing technical knowledge through training.Pay & Benefits:Company-provided service truck with fully equipped service body.Competitive pay based on experience (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3).Company-paid training and advancement opportunities.Health insurance and retirement plans.Paid time off and paid holidays.Attendance bonus PTO program.Uniform allowance.Apply TodayJoin a team that values integrity, teamwork, and quality service.
