Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Designer located in Herndon, VA. The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating technical drawings, developing construction drawings, and utilizing CAD software to produce design solutions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with design and engineering teams to meet project requirements, creating precise models, and ensuring all designs adhere to applicable standards and specifications. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and technical proficiency to execute high-quality designs within deadlines. Qualifications Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Design Engineering toolsExpertise in creating Technical Drawings and Construction DrawingsStrong Drawing skills with attention to detailAbility to collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop solutionsExperience in design problem-solving and process improvementFamiliarity with relevant industry standards and software updatesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related design fieldPrior experience in CAD and design work in construction or related industries is a plus
