DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative thinking and has a proven track record of driving measurable results across digital channels.Key Responsibilities:Paid MarketingDevelop and execute paid media strategies across channels (Google Ads, social media, display, retargeting)Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy and visualsSEOLead organic search strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and conversionsConduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO auditsCollaborate with content, product, and web teams to implement SEO best practicesAffiliate MarketingBuild and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive revenue growthDevelop incentive programs, track performance, and optimize affiliate campaignsMonitor and report on affiliate KPIs and ROIAnalytics & Reporting:Establish performance KPIs and dashboards for paid, SEO, and affiliate channelsProvide actionable insights to guide strategy and budget allocationTeam Leadership & CollaborationMentor and manage a small team of marketing specialists or coordinatorsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Creative teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketingProven track record of managing campaigns with significant budget responsibilityStrong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)Excellent project management and communication skillsAbility to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
