The Registered Nurse will provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, assist in surgical procedures, and work closely with the medical team to create a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, educating patients about their treatment and recovery process, managing medical records, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.QualificationsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license and relevant certificationsExperience in pre- and post-operative care, wound care, and administering medicationsStrong organizational and time management skills for accurate patient recordkeeping and care coordinationProficiency in patient education and providing compassionate careExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a medical teamExperience in plastic or reconstructive surgery care (preferred but not required)Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations and standardsBasic computer and electronic health record (EHR) system proficiency
