What You Should Know About the LPN Crisis Care Role:This is a DRIVING position serving the Dayton and Springfield area. -WILL have to travel during visits based on the needs of patients.This is a full-time position with the hours of: 8am-8pm.Holiday and weekend rotation required.In this role you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside-these patients are actively decliningWe provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeedThe LPN Crisis Care Essential Duties Are:We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.LPN Qualifications:Registered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the State of Ohio without any board actions.One year of nursing experience preferred.CPR Certified.Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.Must be able to pass a criminal background checkMust be able to pass a 10 panel drug screenBenefits & Perks: your health and happiness matters!
