Role Description DETAC is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing for a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO. This leadership role involves overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing production processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and developing strategies for continuous improvement. The VP will also oversee supply chain management, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive the organization’s commitment to operational excellence.This position will be for a solar panel manufacturing facility in Denver Colorado Qualifications Expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations ManagementStrong background in Operations Management and Operational ExcellenceProficiency in Supply Chain Management and logistics optimizationDemonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilitiesExceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferredProven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing facilitiesKnowledge of the solar industry is a plus
