It operates approximately 800 amusement arcades such as "GiGO" and the karaoke chain "Karaoke BanBan" in Japan and abroad, as well as approximately 8,000 mini‐locations (non‐staffed gaming corners). It operates in Japan, the United States, mainland China, Taiwan, the UK, the Middle East, and Vietnam.This person will report to the CRO. This person is responsible for the direction and management of the Mall Channel. This person will be a key contributor in driving the Company's customer acquisition and revenue goals through management of the company's Mall Channel.Location: Louisville, CO or Remote, near major airportESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Overall responsibility of all aspects of the company's business in the Mall Channel, to include:Ongoing management of each banner and clientPoint of contact for all Mall National Account ManagersResponsible for new sales in channel. Consistently build and deliver on an accurate account pipelineProspect and develop relationships with potential customers to qualify and penetrate an account and develop a strategy to demonstrate value propositionCreate annual sales plan and work with CRO on annual sales budgetDevelop specific goals, implement and evaluate performance objectives and measures focusing on overall customer satisfactionTravel is required to visit clients and attend relevant trade showsRemote work is acceptable, or in corporate NEN offices in Louisville, CODevelop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goalsCreate and manage your department budgetMonitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadershipWork closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programsWork closely with operations, client services, on executing the strategyQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Knowledge and minimum of five years' experience working in the Mall industry, channels, and products, with ideal focus in the specialty leasing divisions.Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skillset.Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levelsOutstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partnersAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environmentEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEAt least five (5) years of direct sales experience in Mall industry, preferable with experience with specialty leasing divisions.Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldHighly skilled in developing and constructing effective client facing presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
