USA Licensed Consultant Lawyer

A company is looking for a Consultant Lawyer on a contract basis to manage investment-related contract negotiations. Key Responsibilities Lead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, engagement letters, and non-reliance letters Manage the entire contract process from initial review to document execution Collaborate with team members and counterparties to ensure rapid turnaround times on pre-M&A contracts Required Qualifications Licensed to practice Law in the USA or Canada 2+ years of corporate/transactional law experience, in-house or private practice Experience in independently negotiating investment-related NDAs Familiarity with asset managers, investment banks, or financial services firms is preferable Consultants must be based in North America due to time zone considerations
