The opportunity involves a Product Manager/Agile Leader role at a leading healthcare and analytics organization. The company focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to improve health outcomes for over 100 million customers. This is a Contract role with the potential to go perm. Hybrid in NY, 1 day a week onsite preferred.This role is centered on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze and enhance customer experience across the business units. The successful candidate will sit within a small, cross-functional team, responsible for shaping product strategy and leading agile delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop, socialize, and execute product strategy tailored to AI-enabled customer analytics solutions.Engage regularly with executive stakeholders (VP level and above) to frame problems, create product roadmaps, and capture business value.Lead an agile team (not as a people manager but as a team/squad leader) focused on delivery and cross-functional coordination.Serve as a bridge between technical teams (data scientists, engineers, front-end developers) and business stakeholders by explaining complex AI/ML concepts in an approachable manner.Drive product development and continuous improvement based on customer data insights.Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, shaping product direction and influencing key business outcomes.Ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external partners, balancing strategic objectives with executional excellence.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally 10+ years, with backgrounds in product management, strategy, or consulting.Proven ability to independently develop and socialize product strategies with senior leadership, including problem framing, roadmaps, and value capture.Extensive experience leading agile teams (without direct line management), facilitating delivery and coordination.Strong technical fluency—able to explain machine learning/AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ask incisive questions of technical teams.Prior experience in healthcare, AI/ML-driven products, or customer experience analytics highly preferred.Exceptional executive communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint storytelling and business-facing presentations.Ability to pass technical and identity assessments as part of the vetting process.Ideal Candidate Profile:Strategic thinker with a consultative mindset and a knack for translating complex data-driven insights into business value.Comfortable engaging at executive levels and influencing strategy.Skilled in working within cross-functional teams, driving delivery without direct authority.Passionate about innovative AI solutions in healthcare and customer experience spaces.
