Director of Finance – Nonprofit OrganizationWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead all financial operations for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about strengthening financial stewardship and supporting organizational impact.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with nonprofit standardsLead grant reporting and ensure proper tracking, allocation, and compliance with funding requirementsManage budgeting and forecasting processes across departments and programsConduct cash flow analysis to support operational and strategic decision-makingPrepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAPTrack, analyze, and report organizational expenses with a focus on efficiency and accountabilityCoordinate and support annual audits and tax return preparationMaintain and optimize investment account performance in alignment with organizational policiesPresent quarterly financial updates and insights to the Finance Committee and senior leadershipStrengthen internal financial controls and continuously improve accounting processesQualifications:Strong background in nonprofit accounting and fund accounting principlesExperience with financial reporting, grants management, and audit coordinationProven ability to present financial information to executive leadership and board committeesExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands-on financial managementThis is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to ensure financial integrity while advancing a meaningful mission.
