Electronic Assembler

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Electronics Assember to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble, test, and inspect electronic components and devices, ensuring products meet our quality standards and production goals. This position is critical to our manufacturing operations and offers hands-on experience in electronics assembly within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Place and secure electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and care. Use hand and small power tools to assemble housings, wire harnesses, and touchscreen enclosures. Perform routine testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure proper function and compliance with quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area according to company policies and safety regulations. Achieve daily and weekly production targets related to output volume and quality. Report any equipment malfunctions, product defects, or workflow issues to the supervisor promptly. Assist in cross-functional tasks or departments as directed by your supervisor or management. Soldering of components may be required; experience is a strong plus. Qualifications & Requirements: Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes (training available). Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Good communication skills, particularly in identifying and reporting production issues. Excellent fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Previous soldering experience is a plus, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Work Environment: Manufacturing floor setting with exposure to small tools, assembly equipment, and electronic components. Standing or sitting for extended periods may be required.
