We are seeking a Controls Engineer to design, program, and support PLC-based automation systems for high-performance industrial equipment.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and program PLC/HMI systems (Allen-Bradley / Rockwell preferred)Develop electrical schematics using AutoCAD ElectricalSupport new equipment builds, upgrades, and continuous improvement projectsTroubleshoot controls issues and optimize machine performanceCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and field teamsSupport system integration at customer sites (occasional travel)REQUIREMENTSBSEE or BSEET required3+ years of industrial controls / automation experienceStrong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCsExperience in packaging, food & beverage, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferredStrong troubleshooting and documentation skillsCOMPENSATION$90,000-$125,000 base salaryStable manufacturing environment with long-term growth potential
