With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 16,400+, and has 60 offices in 20 countries within key global markets.Our challengeWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Generative AI to lead the design, governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions within a banking and financial services environment. This role will define enterprise GenAI architecture standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, data privacy, and risk management requirements.The ideal candidate will combine deep enterprise architecture expertise with a strong understanding of financial services regulations, complex data landscapes, and the practical application of GenAI to drive efficiency, risk reduction, and customer experience improvements.Additional Information*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
