Head of Strategic Sales Enterprise & Industrial Janitorial | Manufacturing Focus PCT Janitorial📍 Location: Southeast U.S. (with regional and national travel) 📊 Reports to: Founder & CEOAbout the RolePCT Janitorial is seeking a Head of Strategic Sales to lead net-new revenue growth by securing large, multi-year janitorial contracts in manufacturing and mission-critical industrial environments.This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven enterprise seller who knows how to win complex deals, navigate multiple stakeholders, and build a scalable sales engine.This is not transactional selling. We are looking for someone who can position PCT Janitorial as a strategic partner in environments where cleanliness directly impacts health, compliance, safety, uptime, and operational reliability.What You Will DoDrive net-new revenue by closing large, margin-healthy enterprise contractsLead the company’s most strategic and complex sales opportunitiesBuild relationships with decision-makers across operations, procurement, finance, EHS, and plant leadershipNavigate RFPs, MSAs, SLAs, and multi-layered buying processesDevelop and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline with CRM disciplinePartner closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery of contracts wonHelp build long-term sales infrastructure and develop future sales talentWhat You Will BuildThis role is central to PCT Janitorial’s growth strategy.
