This is a critical leadership role for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in renovation, build-out, restoration, and construction — someone who drives quality workmanship while keeping projects on time and teams aligned.Core Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and direct all phases of construction activity across multiple concurrent projectsCoordinate and supervise all trade subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship is achieved on time and within scopeAssess, communicate, and resolve daily jobsite issues with speed and professionalismFoster a culture of teamwork and accountability at every level of the project teamMaintain project documentation, schedules, and compliance with safety and building standardsRequirements:Experience7+ years in construction supervisionProject scaleCommercial & residential projects exceeding $3MProject typesMulti-project, high-profile environmentsNice to haveExperience with public sector or government-funded construction projects is a significant plus.SALARY: Base salary: $85K to $95K plus benefits and bonus.
