Information Technology Analyst

• Evaluate existing and proposed automated information systems to recommend and design structures consistent with business goals. • Analyses the data output and input requirements and limitations of smaller systems of user departments or participates with senior personnel in analyzing larger and more critical systems. • Translates technical guidance on system designs into applications to business, engineering and manufacturing situations. • Applies fundamental concepts and practices of systems analysis. • Develops and proposes detailed specifications and flow charts on revised systems. • Collects, coordinates and incorporates user input into final design of structure and system. • Performs such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct; ensures adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality; establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation, and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities. Education Level Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, CE or EE. Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Knowledge and skills with computer systems analysis • Experience in project management • Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting • Understanding of business practices • Excellent communication skills • Analytical mindset • Problem-solving aptitude• For X3: Excellent performance and 1½ to 4 years of progressive experience.
