Senior Intelligence Analyst - Threat Management Unit

OverviewLeads complex threat assessments, mentors junior analysts, and collaborates across departments to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. This position collaborates with various departments, working to enhance both threat detection and response capabilities within the organization. Works under minimal supervision and uses complete understanding of business needs and objectives to support investigations. Advanced skill set and proficiency with procedures and techniques.ResponsibilitiesLead and direct the Intelligence Analysis team, setting analytic priorities, standards, and workflows to support Navy Federal security and investigative missions.Lead complex investigations and advanced threat assessmentsIdentify and assess sophisticated threat patterns impacting personnel and operationsMentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytic methodologiesDevelop and present executive-level intelligence briefingsSupport protective intelligence and executive protection initiativesConduct all-source intelligence analysis focused on security risksCollect, validate, and analyze open-source, social media, and proprietary dataApply structured analytic techniques to support investigative assessmentsDevelop clear, actionable intelligence products and brief stakeholdersCollaborate with internal partners for case resolution and preventive measuresAssist with basic open-source and proprietary research under supervisionSupport data collection and validation for security investigationsIdentify threat indicators and anomaliesTrack investigative tasks, workflows, deadlines, and performance metrics using basic project management and reporting toolsAdvanced Skills and Proficiencies:Demonstrated experience conducting intelligence analysis supporting investigations/operations using a variety information sources and analytic methodologiesProven ability to perform OSINT-driven investigative research with high accuracy, discretion, and attention to detailStrong analytical writing and briefing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable security assessmentsExperience applying structured analytic techniques and critical thinking to intelligence or investigative problem setsFamiliarity with digital investigations, online attribution, social media exploitation, and research methodologiesAbility to work independently, manage sensitive information, and operate effectively in a corporate security environmentQualifications5+ years of experience as an Analyst in Intelligence or Corporate SecurityBachelor's degree or relevant coursework in security, intelligence, or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training or experienceExperience supporting corporate security, insider threat programs, fraud investigations, or enterprise risk managementPrior collaboration with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Employee Relations teamsExperience working within an Intelligence Community (IC), law enforcement, military intelligence, or corporate security organizationDesired Qualifications10+ years of experience in All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Corporate Security Analyst, or Investigations AnalystMaster's degree in intelligence, security studies, criminal justice, psychology, or related disciplineActive or prior security clearanceUSG intelligence analysis training and experience, including the use of classified systems and analytical programsProfessional certifications such Certified Threat Manager (CTM), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), etcAdditional InformationHours:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PMLocation: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180About UsNavy Federal provides much more than a job.
