Down on the Farm Camp Teacher (Grades 4-6) Calling all enthusiastic educators with a love for farm life!We are seeking dynamic Farm Camp Teachers to join our team this summer! If you're passionate about agriculture and enjoy sharing the wonder of farm life with children, we want you to lead the way! About Farm Camp:Our Down on the Farm Camp offers a unique opportunity for students in grades 4-6 to experience the joys and realities of life on a working farm. Campers will roll up their sleeves and get involved in activities like: Planting, tending to, and harvesting cropsLearning about farm animals and their careExploring sustainable farming practicesEngaging in fun farm-themed games and activitiesResponsibilities of Farm Camp Teacher:Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate curriculum about farm life, agriculture, and food production. Lead safe and educational hands-on activities. Foster a love of learning and appreciation for the work that goes into our food. Supervise campers and ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Maintain a positive and inclusive camp environment. Partner with staff to provide a realistic and enriching experience. Qualifications:Experience working with children in an educational setting. Knowledge of basic farm practices and animal care a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead engaging and interactive lessons. Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Camp Dates/TimesJuly 20 - 24 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pay: Up to $1,000
