IT Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, or live chat onsite and international clients.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and professionally.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related software for users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT challenges.Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articlesAssist in the management of IT assets and inventories.Provide user training and support for new software and hardware implementations.Qualifications:Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking protocols.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Preferred Skills:3+ years of IT Support roleTier II-III Help Desk Support TicketingExperience in Windows 10Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworksFamiliarity with cyber security best practices #ZRCFSTECH #LI-JB123 #INAPR2026Click here to apply online
