Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant at our Miami, FL office. The Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including answering phone calls professionally, managing office supplies and equipment, scheduling and organizing appointments, and maintaining documentation. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to support the daily operations of a dynamic office environment. Qualifications Proficiency in phone etiquette and excellent oral communication skillsStrong administrative assistance capabilities, including scheduling and organizational skillsExperience with office equipment and general clerical tasksAttention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms) is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; prior office experience preferred
