Right Price.Position: Administrative Assistant II (Part-Time)Pay Rate: $20-$21/hr. on W2Location: Salt Lake City UT (On-Site)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)Schedule: 16-24 hrs per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs)Role Summary:This role provides essential administrative and facility support to keep the office running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Office Equipment & Breakrooms: Order office supplies, special orders, breakroom management, and printer maintenance requests.General Support: Schedule safety meetings, track attendance, lunch ordering for meetings, conference room management, and facility requests.Staff Support: Assist with contract employee onboarding (background checks, badges, equipment), new employee setup, expense reports, time administration, access requests, and managing group email lists.Additional: Manage Rose Award program, proofread documents, and perform quarterly office walkthroughs per Safety guidelines.Why Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
