BI Developer / Data AnalystProSidian is seeking a BI Developer / Data Analyst to support Human Capital Analytics & IT Modernization for a federal science agency. The role is located in the Mid Atlantic Region, primarily in Alexandria, VA, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.ResponsibilitiesDeliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.Develop, configure, test, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data products using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and other reporting tools.Conduct systematic business-needs analysis, including stakeholder interviews and process mapping, and translate findings into role-based analytics solutions.Automate reporting and enable self-service analytics for end users.Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human-capital management policies.Document deployment, support procedures, and assist with change management and user adoption.Qualifications3–5 years of BI/data analytics experience.Bachelor's degree in Data, IT, Analytics, or a related field.Strong proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and reporting tools.Analytical thinking, data interpretation, teamwork, and effective communication skills.Experience in government or public-sector consulting is highly desirable.Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Alexandria, VA or the Mid Atlantic Region.BenefitsCompetitive compensation and performance incentives.Group medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off (vacation, sick days, holidays) and short- and long-term disability insurance.Flexible spending account and optional supplemental life/accidental death coverage.Security clearance required for certain assignments.Employee referral bonus program up to $5,000.Equal Opportunity EmployerProSidian is an equal opportunity employer.
