This role helps ensure the efficient day‑to‑day functioning of the office by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling general administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportProvide daily administrative support to the General ManagerManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsPrepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentationsAnswer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriatelyMeeting & Communication SupportSchedule and coordinate internal and external meetingsPrepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute follow‑up materialsAssist with internal communications as directed by the General ManagerOffice & Routine TasksOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryCoordinate travel arrangements and logistics when neededSupport basic data entry and reporting tasks including maintaining weekly key performance indicators.Assist with other clerical or administrative duties as assignedConfidentiality & ProfessionalismHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismServe as a professional point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal employeesKnowledge, Skills, Competencies, And AbilitiesAbility to build relationships both internally and externally to support customer needsAbility to organize, prioritize, and approach tasks with a sense of urgencyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional written and verbal communicationAttention to detailDiscretion and professionalismRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in business or related field, preferred. 1+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
