Plumbing Technician - Modular Units

As a Finished Plumber , you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality plumbing installations in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety, collaboration, and career development are top priorities.Responsibilities:Install water, waste, and vent piping systems in modular unitsFit and install appliances and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and dishwashersMeasure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand/power tools or machineryAssemble pipe sections, valves, and fittings using appropriate techniques and materialsConduct quality checks and perform tests to ensure leak-free installationsFollow detailed blueprints and installation instructionsCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve workflowMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport other duties as needed to keep production running smoothlyQualifications: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation instructionsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanshipTeam player mindset with the ability to also work independentlyDependable work ethic and eagerness to learnPhysical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, and bending for extended periodsPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.Must be able to lift 70 pounds at a time.Salary Based on Experience: $20-$30Hiring Manager will determine your rate on experience and skill levelBenefits : Medical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insuranceVoluntary coverage options for life, accident, and critical illness401(k) with employer matchPTO starts accruing on Day 1Plus: Indoor, climate-controlled work environmentDaytime hours-home every evening and weekendEntrepreneurial, growth-oriented company cultureOpportunities for advancement and ongoing professional developmentAbove all else, our team members should have a positive attitude and be flexible as to job responsibilities.
