What you'll do Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations in personal health navigation. As a Personal Health Expert, you'll build long-horizon health‐admin tasks that mirror the work you already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open‐ended essays, no subjective judgment calls.Records and visits: medical timelines against a ground‐truth event list, pre‐appointment briefs with required elementsMedications and labs: medication schedules against a rules‐based conflict check, lab summaries that correctly flag values against reference rangesPayer and documentation: insurance appeals against known approve / deny outcomes, symptom logs with structured fieldsQualifications3+ years as an RN, patient advocate, MA, or in a similar health‐literate roleExpertise in one or more of the following: insurance appeals and payer navigation, lab result interpretation, medication management, patient portal workflows (MyChart, FollowMyHealth), care coordinationComfortable reading and producing personal health artifacts: timelines, pre‐visit briefs, appeal letters, symptom logsClear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubricsLocated in the United StatesCompensation $60–$85 / hr depending on domain depth and prior experience.
