As a Sales Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead by example by closing deals, generating leads, and hiring new sales reps to build your team. Position Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Personally generate leads and drive lead-generation strategies to ensure a consistent sales pipeline Close deals and directly contribute to meeting and exceeding company sales targets Hire, train, and develop new sales reps to grow your team and increase overall team performance Lead, coach, and motivate your sales team to meet and exceed their individual targets Establish and maintain sales goals in collaboration with the company’s leadership Oversee and guide the sales process from prospecting to closing for both you and your team Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to ensure the consistent growth and performance of your team Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to optimize results Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Ensure effective use of the company CRM by you and your team to maintain data integrity and streamline processes Collaborate with marketing to create initiatives that generate new leads and expand brand awareness Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in solar or a related industry Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and lead by example Strong background in hiring, training, and developing successful sales teams Experience working with CRM systems (experience with Pangea is a plus) Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) and a results-driven approach Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Why Join Us?
