This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction project management, capable of leading all phases of the build—from initial planning and budgeting through execution and final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budgetDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and cost estimatesCoordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnelMonitor construction progress and enforce quality control and safety standardsServe as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendorsIdentify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overrunsEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety requirementsPrepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholdersOversee procurement of materials and manage inventory to support construction timelinesQualifications:Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably warehouse or industrial facilitiesStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsDemonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, and cost controlExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple teams and coordinate complex workflowsProficiency in project management software and construction toolsPreferred Skills:Experience with industrial or logistics facility constructionFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and efficiency standardsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressureWork Environment:Combination of on-site construction supervision and office-based planningMay require extended hours or weekend work to meet project deadlinesSummary:This position is ideal for a results-driven Construction Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
