Evening/Night Baker

Overview We are seeking a productive team member to bake cookies and pies, while ensuring the highest standards of quality. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position is estimated to work approximately four hours in the evening/night, three times a week. This position would also be expected to conduct the weekly deep clean during one of these evenings . Hours are very flexible. No experience required Responsibilities Prepare doughs and bake cookies and pies (among other recipes) Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients; notify the manager of needs. Ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods. Skills Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations in the food industry. Ability to maintain high-quality standards. Time management skills to meet production deadlines. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
