Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Massage Therapist located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Massage Therapist will provide professional therapeutic massage services to clients, assess individual needs, and recommend appropriate treatments. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace, managing client records, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent care and communication. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support the overall wellness of clients is also an essential part of the role. Qualifications Proficient in various therapeutic massage techniques and modalitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction and collaborationCertified and licensed as a Massage Therapist, meeting state or regional requirementsKnowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and general healthcare practicesCommitted to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clientsAbility to adapt treatments to meet individual client needsCPR and First Aid certification is a plusExperience working with Veterans, Military Service Members, or in a therapeutic environment is highly desirable
