Your impact
Become part of a respected and hard-working team delivering innovative, next generation aviation solutions to our customers across the globe. We design, build, and secure critical military aircraft solutions using unique technology application and Agile software development capabilities to improve mission agility, capability, and operational readiness.
Bridge the gap between software development and release operations in support of Jacobs projects and contracts for the US and foreign military aircraft and missions
Design, implement, maintain and support CI/CD pipelines; train developers in pipeline usage and best practices
Deploy, secure, and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure supporting automation and DevOps tooling
Define, document, enforce, and automate development processes, including artifact generation for compliance tracking
Participate in security incident response, including root-cause analysis, short-term mitigation and long-term remediation
Support and prioritize work across multiple concurrent Agile initiatives
Proficient with both full-system virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
Monitoring for and mitigating infrastructure resource bottlenecks
Assisting development teams with diagnosing and resolving DevOps pipeline build issues
Embedding security controls into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows
Implementing automated security scans to include diagnosing and resolving security incidents
Enforcing quality gates
Optimizing build and deployment speed

The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
