Brothers BBQ is a family owned business that operates 7 Colorado locations. Brothers BBQ opened their first Denver location in 1998 on the corner of Monaco & Leetsdale. Brothers BBQ Shift Leaders work directly under the General Manager and are responsible for supervising their own shifts. They are the model employees who represent the best of Brothers BBQ. We are currently looking for Shift Lead Managers for our Monaco & Leetsdale location. A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Restaurant Shift Supervisor or Assistant Manager position is preferred. Shift Leaders assist with all restaurant operations and management responsibilities to ensure that the restaurant is operated in a fun, profitable, efficient and professional manner. Responsibilities: Shift Leaders participate in all day-to-day operations of the restaurant; opening & closing of the restaurant, order-taking, answering phones, preparation of sides & sauces, daily side-work, cleaning, preparing 3rd party delivery orders, overseeing all daily restaurant activities. Excellent multi tasking and communication skills required. Looking for someone who takes pride of ownership and has some evening & weekend availability. We are open 7 days a week from 10am until 10pm. Closing shifts typically begin between 3 and 4pm. Shifts are finished no later than 10:30pm so you never have to worry about a late night. Additional hours are available to someone willing to work a double shift, which is typically about 9 hours. We offer 5 day work weeks and 30-40 hours each week. We'd like someone who can work 3-4 evenings during the week and 2 days/evenings over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) Compensation: The offered position can be either Part Time or Full Time with 30-40 hours/week available. With tip-share factored in, this position provides $20 - $22+ hourly as well as opportunities for health, dental , vision and 401K benefits after 90 days. Shift Lead Managers also receive employee meals and have opportunities for fast growth within the company.
