ResponsibilitiesMonthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statement Close ProcessBank reconciliationsA/R, A/P sub-ledger managementFixed assets sub-ledger managementAccrued expenses and taxesAccrued compensationRevenue recognitionPayroll reconciliationsManage revenue and expense billing processesManage relationships with third-party vendors over A/P and expense and close management processesWork within the Firm’s accounting software to prepare and record journal entriesManage the internal control framework and documentation of controls executionWork with PWC Audit Team on all audit requests and annual Financial StatementsWork with outsourced FINOP to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to FINRAAssist in review of Partnership Tax Returns and K1sSupport cash management activities, including monitoring balances and payment execution QualificationsDegree in Accounting/FinanceCPA or working toward CPA3-7 years of experience in public accounting or a reputable accounting departmentStrong understanding of accounting conceptsExperience working with monthly, quarterly and annual Financial StatementsDemonstrated commitment to high‑quality work products through rigor, precision, and thoughtful executionExperience with accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred, not required)Partnership Tax knowledge
